Back Yard In Matalom, Leyte. The Water Pump

Looking out the back yard in Matalom, Leyte at the boys working the hand pump. The water pump at the rear of the house we stayed in at Matalom, near bato, Leyte, Philippines. Although the pump had been put in place, and the water sometimes was available, they never managed to get it running properly, so whilst there we had to bucket the water in to the house from another pump.
